SAI Language Solutions provides onsite and remote interpretation, translation, and language support services through various delivery methods, including over-the-phone, video remote, and in-person interpretation.
SAI reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. SMS Communications & Consent
3.1 Opt-In & Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from SAI Language Solutions, which may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Service updates and notifications.
- Important account-related communications.
3.2 No Third-Party Sharing
SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for direct communication related to SAI Language Solutions’ services.
3.3 Message Frequency & Charges
- Message frequency may vary based on service usage.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Check with your mobile provider for applicable charges.
3.4 Opt-Out & Support
- You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

- Late payments may be subject to penalties and service suspensions.
- All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government fees associated with their use of the Services.
6. Service Usage & Limitations
By using our Services, you agree:

- Not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
- Not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer our platform or services.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 Cancellation Policy
- Onsite Interpreting: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved rate.
- Remote Interpreting (OPI & VRI): No cancellation fees apply unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in cases of service errors directly caused by SAI Language Solutions. Disputes must be reported within 7 days of service completion.
8. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

- Uninterrupted access to Services.
- Error-free performance at all times.
We are not responsible for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control, such as technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
11. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAI Language Solutions is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Service delays or failures caused by third-party providers.
- Errors or omissions in interpretation or translation.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
12. Termination of Services
SAI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Payment is overdue beyond the agreed terms.
- Continued service poses a security or compliance risk.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of our Services.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties.
- Mediation or arbitration if negotiation fails.
- Legal proceedings in Texas courts if necessary.
